How-to: add a spare key to a 2013 Audi A3 MQB model with OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus.

OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus to program key
Original key
A new key to be programmed
Procedure:
I. Cut key by Xhorse Condor
1. Line the blade of the original key up to the second line on the clamp.
2. Press Key Decode to learn the key, ready to cut the spare key. Once the key has been decoded insert the spare key into the clamp in the same position.
3. Press cut and repeat the process on the other side of the blade. Once the blade on the spare key is cut take both keys and an OBDStar DP Plus to the vehicle.
II. Program key
Connect the OBDStar to the vehicle via the obd cable.
Once the device is connected turn on the device and select the “Car Immo”.
Scroll through the menu, then select “VW SKODA AUDI SEAT” -> VW AUDI SKODA SEAT latest software version”-> “Manual Select System”-> “MQB Meter”-> “NEC+35XX(Continental/VDO)”.
At this stage please ensure that the internet connection on your device is strong.
Then Select “Read IMMO Data”. Once IMMO data has been read, name and save the file.
Press “OK” after the IMMO data has been read, then select “Make Ordinary Dealer Key”.
Connect the P001 Pre-Coding Device to the ODBStar X300 DP Plus via the extension on the OBD cable and follow the on screen instructions.
Insert original key into the coil of the P001 Pre-Coding Device with the bladed side facing down into the pre-coding device.
Insert the new key into the coil and wait for data to be written onto the key.
Once the dealer key is created, it will be ready to be programmed into the vehicle. Select “Program Keys”.
Input the number of keys that are being programmed to the vehicle including the original key.
Insert the original key into the ignition and turn it on.
When the dash display shows 1/2 turn off the ignition and remove the key.
Insert the new key into the ignition and turn it on.
When the dash display shows 2/2 turn off the ignition and remove the key.
