Possible reason:
OBDSTAR official website is extending and updating server at the moment. The whole process will be scheduled to complete until middle of March, 2018.

If you need to update your OBDSTAR tools software during this time, please try following:

It’s not a storage issue, it’s their servers. I formatted my memory card and it still wouldn’t download until I started doing one/two at a time.

try say. Audi if that don't work.. then try Ford.. until you have all downloaded.

Then go back and try one that failed and sometimes it will work and sometimes not.

The log file is in a folder under C:\programFiles\OBDSTAR....\Logs\file_name.log. The name of the log file has the current date as part of the name. You can open it with notepad, I use NotePad++.

I deleted the file after each time I tried to run an update so I didn’t have to go through all the old data each time I opened it. When you run the next update it will be recreated.

When you open it you’ll see a message that it timed out and is waiting x seconds before retrying. After I saw that message a few times on an update I canceled and tried another system.
