How to submit log data if your OBDSTAR iscan/MS50/MS70 etc series scanners failed to reset service reminder, failed to reset oil, or failed to operate other functions.
1.Go to Support Function
Apart from log data, also send vehicle model, year, VIN, device serial number and operation date to your dealer for analyze by OBDSTAR technician.
