Generate and Program Toyota Vios 2012 G Chip Remote via OBD

(Tested) It’s EASY guide to using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool remote maker to generate Toyota G Chip remote and OBDSTAR X300 PRO3 key master to program remote via OBD!

How to do it? Check below!

Part 1: VVDI Key Tool generate Toyota G Chip Key

Go to “Remote Prepare”, choose “Toyota” and “INNOVA 07-14”.

Note: This is a Toyota Vios 2012, same key as Toyota Innova.

Take apart the new key PCB board and take out the battery.

Use the programming cable to connect the key PCB with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool.

Press “New” and wait the key generating complete 100%.

Now VVDI Key Tool successfully generate Toyota G Chip Key!

Put the battery and key PCB back into the new key shell.

And go to the next part.

Part 2: OBDSTAR Key Master program Toyota G Chip Key

Connect OBDSTAR X300 PRO3 Key Master with Toyota Vios via OBD2 port.

Choose “Immobilizer”→ “Toyota/Lexus”→ ” Toyota/Lexus V31.05″.

Choose “Immobilizer”→ “Type 2 (with G/H)”.

Then go to “Add a key”.

And follow the instructions:

Insert the original working key and turn on car ignition.

Press the “ENT” button.

Insert the new key into car ignition, keep ignition off.

Wait about 1 minute, then the security light will stop flashing.

Now key matching is done.

New key will be working to start car as the original!

OBDSTAR X300 DP updates new USB Adapter

OBDSTAR X300 DP key programmer (also the Key Master DP) has update the USB adapter to new type.

Old USB adapter:

New USB adapter:

The connector marked red circle is used to connect to OBDSTAR RFID adapter for VAG 4th 5th immo key programmer.

Warning:

The USB port of the new USB adapter is applicable ONLY to the RFID adapter. Can not connect VCI interface or other products, otherwise will cause damage to other products.

(OBDSTAR RFID adapter comes with the new USB adapter to connect with X300 DP tablet as well. If your X300 DP comes with old USB adapter. It doesn’t matter. If your X300DP comes with the new USB adapter, please keep in mind do not connect the new USB adapter with other devices.)

Good news!!! OBDSTAR X300 DP full version adds U.S region Ford Lincoln cars to OBD Diagnosis menu.

OBDSTAR X300 DP Program Key for Passat 4th IMMO

Here is the instruction on programming VAG Passat 4th IMMO Key by using OBDSTAR X300 DP key programmer and OBDSTAR RFID adapter (adapter chip reader for VAG 4th 5th IMMO function)

Guide:

Dissemble the dashboard instrument

Connect X300 DP with VCI and Dash

Turn ignition on (If it is the smart key, turn ignition OFF then turn it ON)

Make sure dash instrument is black

Reading eeprom data

Save data
Read IMMO data

Turn ignition on (If it is the smart key, turn ignition OFF then turn it ON)
Make sure dash instrument is black

Read VIN, CS code and PIN and key info

Select Generate OEM Dealer Key (Can start car)

Turn ignition on
Connect OBDSTAR RFID adapter with X300 DP

Insert the original key (chip) into RFID adapter

RFID Indicator flashes, remove the first key chip
Follow X300 DP prompt to insert second key chip

RFID indicator flashes, reading key data
dash indicators turn on
