OBDSTAR X300 Pro3 No Software SD Card Blank Solution

Problem:

I have a OBDstar x300 Pro3 and I lost the SD card.

I have not registered it. My attempts fail due to not having access to the registration key since I can't see the app.

I don't have registration key since I can't turn on device I am wondering if you guys can help me download the update so I can use the machine.

When I put the sd card in the computer it’s blank.  I have a 32gb sd card that is empty. it doesn't have data files.

Solution:

OBDSTAR X300 Pro3/x300 dp/dp plus comes with SD card in default.

If you lost the SD card, you can replace by a new SD card by yourself.

Provide your obdstar serial number (on the back of the machine) to your seller to contact OBDSTAR engineer.

Their engineer will send software file, then you can download it to the new or blank SD card.

Here are the tests:

Autel IM100: Failed!

Obdstar X300 Pro3: Success!

Obdstar X100 Pro: Success!

XTool X100 Pad 2: Success!

Note: you should have a pin code calculator like FMPC001 Ford incode calculator or VPC-100 for security codes.

X100 pro cannot get the code itself.

Test 4: Xtool X100 Pad2 can read security codes & add smart EcoSport keys

Success! X100 Pad2 can read security codes and add smart keys…all done on its own!

Conclusion:

For Ford EcoSport smart key program, you’d better have an Obdstar key master X300 pro3 or Xtool pad2.

Both can read PIN and program a smart key.

With Obdstar X100 Pro, you must have another tool for security codes read. Besides, it stopped production.

With Autel IM100 (IM508), you need luck! it’s good for auto diagnostic tests and key programming to some cars.
