Solved! OBDSTAR X300 DP Touch Buttons Not Working

Problem:
My obdstar x300 dp (key master dp) touch buttons at the bottom doesn't respond/work anymore. Is it a setting I accidently pressed or something else wrong?
Advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Solution:
The problem may due overheating chip burns out.
1) Get the x300dp touch screen replaced by a new one
2) you can still use it without this line. using the physical buttons on the right side.
3) get a usb wireless mouse.

OBDSTAR X300 DP Program Lexus RX300 2000 All Keys Lost

Test report: 2000 lexus rx300 USA model AKL (all keys lost) with 4c chip is done using OBDSTAR X300 DP or X300 DP Plus via eeprom.

Main steps:
Remove ecu behind glovebox
Read ic900 93c56 with OLD eeprom adapter and clip adapter (or the new P001 adapter 3-in-1)
desolder and use clip 100%
file i found here and altered with online hex editor
uploaded to tablet from synced google drive through chrome browser on x300 dp tablet
after reading chip it gives option for "recovery" (obdstar lingo for overwrite)
press help/f2 to write over
resolder chip
start car
collect money
Success.

OBDSTAR X300 Pro3 No Software SD Card Blank Solution

Problem:
I have a OBDstar x300 Pro3 and I lost the SD card.
I have not registered it. My attempts fail due to not having access to the registration key since I can't see the app.
I don't have registration key since I can't turn on device I am wondering if you guys can help me download the update so I can use the machine.
When I put the sd card in the computer it’s blank.  I have a 32gb sd card that is empty. it doesn't have data files.

Solution:
OBDSTAR X300 Pro3/x300 dp/dp plus comes with SD card in default.
If you lost the SD card, you can replace by a new SD card by yourself.
Provide your obdstar serial number (on the back of the machine) to your seller to contact OBDSTAR engineer.

Their engineer will send software file, then you can download it to the new or blank SD card.

* If second key is a new blank key, you need to make a dealer key first. If second key is original key, you don’t need to make a dealer key.


X300DP Plus Renault AKL Review:
1) Programming of a Renault CAPTUR phase 2 (2018) with the OBDSTAR succeed
2) Renault Talisman, 2017 year, all keys lost, make dealer key and program smart card OK.  It’s safe, easy and quickly, you need reading BCM, precode your new card, and coding this card.
3) All key lost Scenic 4 2017 done by obdstar x300dp plus.  You learn flash first but with obd renault adapter. If you don’t have the converter you have to plug the card without connecting the OBD but by feeding in 12 v the tablet.
4) AKL capture 2016 done by obdstar. With the converter green adapter.
5) Renault scenic 2019 all keys lost succeed.  Need safe battery voltage.

6)  Kadjar 2016 read pin and add a new key succeed. update to new version (30.87).  Now all works perfect.

7) OBDSTAR cannot do Renault Kwid AKL, only copy, i just tried.
8)  Renault Master 2010 All lost Key in a minute!!! Pin code is needed. Very very good!!!
