OBDSTAR Program PIAGGIO FLY Motorcycle Key

 Here is the instruction on programming a new PIAGGIO FLY Motorcycle Key with OBDSTAR tools.

affected FLY motor models:

FLY 150 3V, FLY 125, FLY 150, FLY 125, FLY 150, FLY ACII/AC2I/AC5I/AC8I

 

Tool required

OBDSTAR MS80 motorcycle diagnostic tool

or OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus/X300 Pro4 with Motor IMMO license and adapter

 

 

Procedure:

Connect MS80/X300 Pad to Motorcycle, go to Moto IMMO function – ALL – PIAGGIO – select latest Piaggio software version – Manual Select Model- FLY(ACII/AC2I/AC5I/AC8I)– Diagnostic Connector Mode

Connect the diagnostic connector, click Enter;

Tips: can click Diagnostic connector to check connecting method; click ECU Image to check ECU type;

Select Make Start Key

This function requires network connection.

Enter a file name to save, click【Enter】;

Tips: the file folder position saved: DP-device serial number-Data

Select the type of key generate, such as click Master Key (5F 7D 00 00 11 80 4E 43);

Connect P001 with diagnostic obdstar device, click Enter

Put the new key in P001, click Enter

Make the key successfully.

Procedure:

Connect OBDSTAR X300 or MS80 with Motorcycle via P002 adapter and M053 special harness

Go to Moto IMMO function- click All– quick search Honda brand – select latest Honda motor software version- Manual Select Model –  AIR BLADE – All Keys Lost

Confirm connection is okay

Tips: press Operation Instruction to check operation steps;

Switch all keys to the disable mode, click Enter

Tips: within help data files of Switch Key Mode in AIR BLADE menu.

OBDSTAR will ask a 9-digit pincode to access, manually enter pin and confirm

Switch the new key to the working mode, click Enter;

Program successfully;

Test new key.

OBDTAR Adds Honda ADV Motorcycle Key

 Here is the instruction on adding a new Honda ADV Motorcycle Key with OBDSTAR tools.

 

Tool required

OBDSTAR MS80 motorcycle diagnostic tool

or OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus/X300 Pro4 with Motor IMMO license and adapter

 

 

Procedure:

1.Connect MS80/X300 Pada to Motorcycle, go to Moto IMMO function – ALL – Honda – select latest Honda software version – Manual Select Model- ADV- Add a key

Tips: by searching keywords, find out related models quickly.

Connect OBDSTAR pad with motorcycle via P002 adapter and MM053 special harness

Press Enter

Tips: press Operation Instruction to check operation steps;

Switch all keys to the disable mode, click Enter;

Tips: within help data files of Switch Key Mode in ADV menu.

Switch all programmed keys to the working mode, click Enter;

Switch all programmed keys to the disabled mode, and switch the new key to be programmed to the working mode, click Enter;

Program successfully;

Test new key.

Solve OBDSTAR X300 DP no DiagProgram icon

 Question: I reset OBDSTAR X300 DP plus to factory setting, installed latest updates, but the DiagProgram icon disappeared! Advice please?

Solution:

Press DP icon and go to Home menu

Program Toyota Fortuner 2019 8A AKL with OBDSTAR P002

 Here is a tutorial on Toyota Fortuner 2019 8A (H) chip All key lost programming with OBDSTAR X300 Pro4 and Toyota AKL cable. No seed code is required.

 

Device required:

OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus,  X300 Pro4, Key master DP or Key Matser 5
OBDSTAR P002 adapter and Toyota 8A AKL cable
Generate emulator Key SIM

Blade key, key shell and chip
Network connection is required during the programming procedure.

 

Procedure:

Connect P002 adapter, Ford AKL cable with X300 Pro4 and vehicle (OBDSTAR will show connection wiring diagram, or check previous post for more information)
Select Immobilizer- Toyota Lexus Scion V32.55 – Select System – Blade – Type 3- Europe – Read Immo data

Confirm cable connection is okay
Updating firmware

Reading data
Save immo data
Select Make Start Key function – Kery SIM simulator

Connect Key SIM with x300 pro4 via USB cable
Choose correct immo data you just saved

Select make start key via Key SIM simulator

Generate emulator, wait patiently
Generate success, can start car now.

Place the indicator light of the start key close to the ignition switch and insert the blade key without chip into the ignition switch,
turn the blade key to start the vehicle
if the vehicle can be started normally, use the start key and the blade key without chip instead of the original vehicle master key for key duplication.

Done.

How to Solve Cannot Sync Citroen Berlingo 2010 Remote?

 Problem:

Can’t synchronize the remote on Berlingo 2 of 2010 after programming with obdstar x300 dp plus.

Turn on ignition and hold lock button for 10 seconds, still does not work.  There is no more original key.

Someone to help me please?

Solution:

It’s not the right key.

If holding the 10 unlock or lock with the key in ignition in the on position, does not bring results, then you have wrong modulation FSK instead of ASK or vice versa.

Uses a key with a signal: FSK
REFERENCE: CE053
Don’t forget to sync the key for 10 seconds.
If it still doesn’t work. Look no further.
Check the battery on key and key signal with Xhorse mini key tool or Handy Baby.
If this still doesn’t work, it’s your key that’s faulty or poor quality.
If this still doesn’t work.

Otherwise try with another key model by:
CE0523 with signal: FSK

Trying to check with the key shell, if the remote synchronization function is active in the BSI.
Because if it’s not activated, that’s why your remote synchronization doesn’t work with the remote control, despite having the right model.
Because the right remote is well in CE0536 – FSK.
