OBDSTAR Program KIA Forte 2011 Remote Key?

How-to: Program KIA Forte 2011 remote key by OBDSTAR x300 DP Plus/ Key Master DP Plus.

 

 

Step 1: Generate remote with Keydiy

 

In Keydiy app, select Remote Function-> Car Remote->Search Forte remote->Generate remote

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Program key with OBDSTAR X300 DP plus

 

Select Immobilizer->Kia->Kia V30.65->Select from Type->Remote->16 PIN->Type 1->Program Remote

Switch ignition on, and then switch ignition off remove key, press ENTER to continue

Press LOCK or UNLOCK button for more than 1 sec of the original remote

Program remote success. Press ENTER to continue

Press LOCK and UNLOCK for more than 1 sec of the remote key generated by Keydiy

Program complete.

Test remote control.

Done.

OBDSTAR or Lonsdor to Make Scenic IV 2019 Key?

Question:  It’s possible to add a Renault scenic 4 year 2019 smart card on obdstar x300 DP plusversion c or Lonsdor K518ISE?

Answer:

OBDSTAR: yes

Both add key and all keys lost can be done.

A Renault converter is required.

Steps to program smart key card for Scenic 4

1.) Read flash

2.) Generate dealer key

3.) Program a new key

i.e Scenic IV 2016)

Lonsdor: Yes

The key is the same as clio and kajar.   They released update for these on April 2020.

Lonsdor adds Scenic IV 2015 up smart key and mechanical key programming on April 17, 2020.

Choose make dealer Key>>add key.

K518ISE program Clio IV no problem but you must know a little tips for this one.

when you Reading data and you have info to remove card from slot. Just don’t do this and insert new card to slot and them read data, then the card get precoded for car and you can normally add. When you get card out then you get comm that the card is bad condition.

If money is not a problem, AVDI and zed-full are good options to program card for Scenic 4 as well.

OBDSTAR Program Ford Ranger 2015 All Keys Lost

How to add a new key and program all keys lost for Ford Ranger 2015 using OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus (Key Master DP plus) via OBD.

Add A Spare Key Procedure:
Connect x300 dp plus with vehicle
Select Immobilizer->Ford/Lincoln->Ford->Immobilizer->Ranger->2015 up->Type 1(Priority Select)->Program keys

Communicating
Press Emergency flasher switch
Open and close the driver door once

Detect current number of keys: 2
Connecting the server

Reading data

Insert a new key into ignition lock, switch ignition on, Press ENTER to continue

Program 1st key success

Test remote control and start vehicle

X300 DP plus All Key Lost Procedure:
Select Immobilizer->Ford/Lincoln->Ford->Immobilizer->Ranger->2015 up->Type 1(Priority Select)->All Keys Lost

Communicating
Press Emergency flasher switch
All keys will be erased. Require at least 2 keys to be programmed

Detect current number of keys: 3
Connecting the server
Reading data
Complete the following procedure to start engine
-Switch ignition off
-Switch ignition on with key 1 for 3 sec, and then switch off and remove key
-Switch ignition on with key 2 for 3 sec, and then switch off and remove key
-If you want to add more keys, repeat procedure 3, complete

Program key until completed.
Test remote and start vehicle with new keys.
Done.

Solved! OBDSTAR X300 DP Touch Buttons Not Working

Problem:
My obdstar x300 dp (key master dp) touch buttons at the bottom doesn't respond/work anymore. Is it a setting I accidently pressed or something else wrong?
Advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Solution:
The problem may due overheating chip burns out.
1) Get the x300dp touch screen replaced by a new one
2) you can still use it without this line. using the physical buttons on the right side.
3) get a usb wireless mouse.

OBDSTAR X300 DP Program Lexus RX300 2000 All Keys Lost

Test report: 2000 lexus rx300 USA model AKL (all keys lost) with 4c chip is done using OBDSTAR X300 DP or X300 DP Plus via eeprom.

Main steps:
Remove ecu behind glovebox
Read ic900 93c56 with OLD eeprom adapter and clip adapter (or the new P001 adapter 3-in-1)
desolder and use clip 100%
file i found here and altered with online hex editor
uploaded to tablet from synced google drive through chrome browser on x300 dp tablet
after reading chip it gives option for "recovery" (obdstar lingo for overwrite)
press help/f2 to write over
resolder chip
start car
collect money

OBDSTAR X300 Pro3 No Software SD Card Blank Solution

Problem:

I have a OBDstar x300 Pro3 and I lost the SD card.

I have not registered it. My attempts fail due to not having access to the registration key since I can't see the app.

I don't have registration key since I can't turn on device I am wondering if you guys can help me download the update so I can use the machine.

When I put the sd card in the computer it’s blank.  I have a 32gb sd card that is empty. it doesn't have data files.

Solution:

OBDSTAR X300 Pro3/x300 dp/dp plus comes with SD card in default.

If you lost the SD card, you can replace by a new SD card by yourself.

Provide your obdstar serial number (on the back of the machine) to your seller to contact OBDSTAR engineer.

Their engineer will send software file, then you can download it to the new or blank SD card.
