OBDSTAR DC706 released a big update including Hyundai/Kia SIM2K-341 ECU recently. One of DC706 users reported that the device failed to read sim2k-341 Kia Forte 2.0.
Problem:
Trying to read sim2k-341 but board does not match pinout in DC706 MP001.
Here is the clue.
This ecu is tc1738 is for 2.0.
And the tc1766 is for 2.4.
The dc706 supports tc1766 only.
They will add this processor in the next updates.
