OBDSTAR DC706 Cannot Read Volvo SID803 ECU on Bench Solution

 Problem:

Volvo Sid803, OBDSTAR DC706 bench not connecting!!! Any tips?!
Need to Clone.

Solution:

Check voltage and connections.

Make sure they’re making good contact.

Need 2 GND connection.
